标准介绍

This standard specifies the terms and definitions,classification and models,requirements,test methods,inspection rules,marking,warning and instructions as well as packaging,transport and storage of commercial gasburning appliance（hereinafter referred to as gas appliances).
This standard is applicable to the gas appliances that use GB/T 13611 compliant gas as energy source,use indoor air as combustion air,and directly or indirectly evacuate the combustion products outdoors.The aforesaid gas appliances include:
a) steam generator type with nominal heat input not exceeding 80 kW,steam pressure not exceeding 80 kPa,and the design water capacity at normal water level less than 30 L;
b) steaming oven type with nominal heat input not exceeding 80 kW and steam pressure in steaming chamber not exceeding 500 Pa;
c) fryer type with nominal heat input not exceeding 50 kW and pressure in chamber not exceeding 80 kPa;
d) pasta cooker type with nominal heat input not ex
