标准介绍

This standard specifies the instrumental and personnel technical capabilities of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for the screening of lead (Pb),mercury (Hg),cadmium (Cd),total chromium (Cr) and total bromine (Br) in electrical and electronic products,requirements for testing procedures,quality control,documentation and etc. Wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy screening applications can be implemented for reference.
