标准介绍

This standard specifies the inspection and test rules for the newly constructed railway passenger cars after the completion of the assembly, including the inspection and test items and methods of each type of test.
This standard is applicable to the generalpurpose passenger cars which are newly built with a maximum running speed not greater than 200 km/h and operating on standard gauge railways.For special-purpose cars, maintenance cars, test cars, and passenger cars used on international services, reference can be made hereto.
