This document defines the terms and definitions of poly (lactic acid), specifies the classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, and storage, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to poly (lactic acid) resin, hereinafter abbreviated as PLA, manufactured through the polymerization of lactic acid or lactide.
