Space objects orbital data specification

标准介绍

This document specifies the elements, format, and explanations for orbital data of space objects.
This document is applicable to the orbital data characterization of artificial space objects orbiting the Earth, (spacecrafts, launch vehicles, space debris etc.) and natural space objects orbiting the Sun (NEA,etc.).The orbital data characterization for spacecraft orbiting other celestial bodies within the solar system can also be referenced and utilized based on this document.
