This document establishes the general principle for reasonable power and heat allocation in gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration,and specifies the calculation methods for energy consumption indices.
This document is applicable to the energy consumption index calculation in the heat supply conditions of un-fired gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration units,and is not applicable to power generation in the condensation conditions.
