This standard specifies the basic requirements, measuring instruments, measuring methods, report and record for the measurement of obtrusive light from outdoor lighting installations.This standard is applicable to the measurement of obtrusive light from outdoor lighting installations and the relevant lighting equipment with effects on humans and natural environment in the residential properties, traffic road, public amenity areas and nature reserves.
