This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection provisions, packaging and marks, transportation and storage of silicone grease thermal filler of spacecraft.
This document is applicable to the inspection, acceptance and application of silicone grease thermal filler of spacecraft (hereinafter referred to as “thermal grease”).
